Having packed our last things, we started our trip by taking the bus and commuter train to the main station in Cologne and from here the fast train to Frankfurt.
The flight to Addis Abeba is with Ethiopian Airlines. Nothing to complain about.
A German pensioner sitting next to us is working for a small NGO in Tansania, but he has been travelling in Ethiopia with his own truck as well. According to him, quite a few others discribe Ethiopia as „Nice landscape – bad people”. He tells us about children in the countryside throwing stones on vans of foreigners.
We will see.
In Addis, most people go to the transit area, and only few to the immigration. We follow this line – but this happens allready Wednesday…
